Property Care

We have partnered up with Bluebird cleaning, one of Grand Counties most trustworthy cleaning service providers. Their team of housekeepers and inspectors is diligent in their work and after each stay any guest damages to the property will be reported. These will be then claimed against the Host Protection Insurance (liability coverage for up to $1,000,000) and rectified.

Marketing and Sales

Using the world’s most successful OTA with over 150 million users, sales is a breeze. However, it requires a dedicated and optimized marketing strategy which includes Search Engine Optimization, that we and our strategic partners optimize on a regular basis.

Revenue Management

We employee a sophisticated revenue management software that applies changes in real-time, taking into account: historical performance, competitive landscape, and guest demand. Achieving optimal occupancy and the highest possibly nightly rate.

Transparent Reporting

With each booking an email will be sent out informing the owner of the reservation details.
As we do not restrict our owners on when and for how long they can use their homes, the online portal allows owners to view the calendar and block dates without any restrictions.

Customer Care

Our business model is based on providing guests an exceptional experience, that they will share with others (public reviews). We maintain over 90% 5-star reviews and an average of 4.8 starts. However, we ensure that we only host verified guest.
