Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces, sleeping areas, and balcony are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and ample laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and is a gem as a whole. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter, we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides, to name a few.

Guests can park their cars in the parking lot adjacent to the complex.
We recommend accessing the property with an all-wheel or four-wheel drive during the winter months, as mountain roads can be snow-covered.

If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - a pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$.

House Rules

Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.

Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.

Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

Liability:
Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
